To whom it may concern:

In July of 2006 the IEEE Microlithography Workshop (IEEEMLW) held its biannual meeting of over one hundred top technologists, industry managers and their spouses at the Delta Prince Edward Hotel in Charlottetown, PEI, Canada.

The meeting is of significance since it is instrumental in the informal exchange of information about the latest technology that drives the semiconductor industry worldwide. The management committee of this organization carefully selects the location for this meeting in North America based on the attractiveness of the location, the convention facilities and the local services available. An important aspect is the local staff that is pivotal in providing the services and personal attention to make a meeting of this kind a memorable event and success.

At the Delta Prince Edward Hotel Margaret Wilton was the organizing committee’s main contact to coordinate all aspects of the meeting. As a member of the committee I am very pleased to state that Margaret played the key role in making our meeting such an outstanding success. She paid minute attention to all our requests, even beyond the aspects that were clearly outside of her responsibilities and control. Somehow she always seemed to be available when her help or advice was needed. Her friendly assistance and outgoing personality is remembered by all and we are always grateful for her contributions to the outstanding success of our event.

Sincerely,

Bernhard P. Piwczyk
